Bonar has over 30 years of experience in the finance industry as an executive. He has served as Dalrada Financial’s Chief Executive Officer for over 16 years. Dalrada is publicly listed through the Pink Sheets under the code DFCO.
Bonar works in the Professional Employer Organization industry. Dalrada acts as Marketing Liaison, supplying clients with a wide range of employer benefits. This increases business efficiency because the clients can then concentrate on their core businesses instead of having to deal with the intricate details of setting up worker’s compensation, risk management insurance, including business liability, financial management, employee benefits and business management services.
Those are all areas that fall under the responsibility of the human resources department. However, small businesses cannot afford to pay for the fulltime services of HR professionals. Therefore, they must outsource to obtain the benefit of such expertise. That’s where Bonar and the companies he’s involved with can help their clients.
Bonar also serves other companies. He’s CEO and Chairman of Smart-Tek Automated Services and President of Allegiant Professional Business Service and CEO, CEO and Chairman of The Amanda Co and Chairman of Trucept.
